Job Descriptions
- Manage daily financial transactions, including invoicing, billing, and reconciliation.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in financial records.
- Collaborate with the accounts team for financial reporting.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
- Oversee accounts receivable for timely client payments.
- Address and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a smooth working environment.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records for financial and administrative activities.
- Ensure compliance with record-keeping standards.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding financial and administrative matters.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancement in financial and administrative procedures.

Requirement
- 1-2 years of combined experience in accounts and administrative roles, preferably in the logistics industry.
- Knowledge of financial transactions, invoicing, billing, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Understanding of basic logistics operations.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
- Compliance knowledge related to record-keeping standards.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Administrative skills for office management and support.
- Communication skills for effective coordination and client interactions.
- Ability to collaborate with the accounts team for financial reporting.
- Record-keeping skills for maintaining organized and up-to-date records.
