Job Descriptions
- Monitor shipment movement, identifying issue during occasion, coordinate with respective department & advice solution.
- Able to react / respond quickly and independent.
- Pre-alert inquiry to respective department to ensure job with proper escalation.
- Acknowledge and validate suppliers’ documentation.
- Support business development process in the areas of tender analysis, solution design, costing/pricing, and service offering.
- Communicate matter/issue with respective Manager & Director if issue unable to resolve within a short period.
- On call basis during weekend to meet the job/task completion.
- Compile and channel of document including responding of proof of delivery to respective department.
Requirement
- SPM, Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Mainly in Mandarin, Malay, and English. Additional languages are of added advantage.
- Preferably to have 1 year of experience in any field.
- Better knowledge in operational function.
- Microsoft office application, email, some phone application relates to job scope.
- Good in communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to provide good judgement and good decision making.
- Able to plan and work strategically.
- Good time management skills.
- Be responsible and independent.
- Be committed to deadlines and daily quotas.
- Good working attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
- Team player.
- Good in self-stress management.
- Able to work at West Port.
